Deliveries and limitations

The delivery of the Products is carried out only on the Italian territory, with the exclusion of the Municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.

Shipping is the responsibility of the user.

The cost of shipping is € 4.90.

Shipping is free for orders over € 49.

The delivery of the Products takes place at the address specified by the user in the order form ("Home Delivery") within the times specified in the table below:

(By "main localities" we mean the provincial capitals and large inhabited centers; by "secondary localities", small-medium sized municipalities; by "disadvantaged localities" very small centers, mountain and remote locations).

The delivery terms indicated start from the working day following the sending of the order, unless otherwise indicated. The delivery deadline of the specific order will also be indicated before the order is sent and in the order confirmation.

The couriers we use are: BRT (Corriere Bartolini)

Home delivery refers to the street level, unless otherwise provided in the Product Sheet. Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours (from 9 to 18), excluding national holidays.

You will be able to track your shipment thanks to the tracking number and / or link that will be sent to you by the carrier via e-mail at the end of the purchase.

In case of non-delivery due to your absence at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave you a notice of passage containing the number to contact him ("Delivery Notice"). The courier will then make a second delivery attempt the next day, or you will have to contact him to agree on an alternative delivery date, depending on the instructions on the Delivery Notice.

If this attempt is also unsuccessful or if you do not contact the courier, the package will go "in storage" with the courier. The courier will then communicate the stock to L'Erbolario who, through the Customer Service, will contact you in order to provide you with all the information necessary to collect the package at the courier's branch.

In the event that you do not collect at the courier branch within 5 days of delivery of the notice of passage, the purchase contract will be considered terminated by law pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 cc with consequent reimbursement, within 15 working days from the termination of the contract, of the Total Amount Due, less the unsuccessful delivery costs, storage costs, return costs to L'Erbolario and any other any expense incurred due to non-delivery due to your absence.

The delivery procedure, the terms for handling in case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient and the consequences of failure to collect within the agreed terms and return to the sender for non-delivery will be remembered in the Shipping Confirmation E-mail.
